I want to give divorce to my wife .

11-Aug-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I have completed 8 months of marriage. Now I want to give divorce to my wife as she accepts she is not able to accept her in laws and myself as husband. Also she is very abusing towards my mother . I have her call recordings. I wanted to know if she OR her family members can ask for any kind of expenses ? She is not working and obviously we dont have any child as we only spent 8 months of marriage. Also Is she able to sue file on me to record her calls details without her permission ? Let me clear that I have to record her calls as she always talk to her parents hiding from us. Thats why I doubt on her and do call recording from 1 app. There is no other intention of recording calls. Please help with solution.
