I want to find out my case number

My divorce case is going on. But i suspect my lawyer is cheating on me. I want to find my case number without asking my lawyer. Please tell how can I find that number. Also she has not given me photocopy of any document on which case number is written. My religion is hindu

firstly now cases are listed on net, hence you can find on local state e-court , by petitioner and opposite party name.

you can approach the enquiry counter of the family court in which your case is pending, where all the details relating to the case shall be provided to you. Therein, you have to give basic details to the enquiry incharge like your name, the court's name in which your case is pending etc. and all the requisite details shall be given to you.
