I want to file divorce and i want to know the duration that will get i

We got married in 2015 June ..we have a daughter she is five now. But we are not happy together. He doesn't communicate or give equal importance and respect me at any cost there is no love no intimacy. I want to file divorce what is the procedure that i should follow

then both can file mutually divorce petition later court will send notice period cooling period after cooling period view then cour will pass j uh judgment decree in favour of both the parties better you can file mutually divorce

Dear Sir, You can file divorce on the grounds of desertion, cruelty and non consummation of marriage for long period. If you have no bliss of marriage you are entitled for divorce but it is little lengthy procedure. Better you start the proceedings as earlier as possible and get divorce and start new life.

you can ask him whether he is agreeable for a mutual consent divorce. if he agress to it the matter becomes simple, you both can approache a single advocate and file. but before that all the matters related to daughter maintenance, property division, alimony etc., should have been sorted out between yourselves.
