you can file Case against your wife and in-laws if there is evidence with you for any offense that they have committed. you can also file for custody of children depending upon grounds and merits and also age of your children

You can file a counterclaim or separate case during the ongoing divorce and custody proceedings, as well as after the divorce, depending on the circumstances and applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Since an interim child custody application was rejected, you may still contest custody in the ongoing case, emphasizing the best interests of the children, particularly highlighting the incident where your wife allegedly left your children, including a specially-abled child, locked at home, which could demonstrate neglect or endangerment. Evidence of this incident, such as witness statements or documentation, would be critical. Regarding your in-laws’ alleged harassment, torture, and extortion, you can file a separate criminal complaint under relevant laws (e.g., extortion, criminal intimidation) or include these claims in the divorce proceedings if they relate to cruelty under family law. For your wife’s alleged infidelity, you may raise it as a ground for divorce (if applicable in your jurisdiction) or as part of your counterclaim to strengthen your case for custody or division of assets.

Hello sir, You can file a counter case against your wife on grounds of cheating, harassment and neglect. The counter case can be also filed in the ongoing case. A separate case can be filed for custody of the child.

You can file a case for custody of children before the family court seeking the court to appoint you as the natural guardian of the children. Further, you can also file a restitution case for getting your wife back or for divorce as you choose

Dear Sir, You should have lodged complaint against your wife long back when she left the house by locking the children in the house. Now, also you can lodge a complaint but give proper grounds for delay in lodging complaint. Better to get child custody permanently and get divorce and start new life.
