I and my parents need guidance how to proceed with this as soon as possible I need get away from this man it's been 5 years and I can't take this

You have to either file mutual consent or contested divorce. Contested divorce takes time. mutual gets done in a year. you need evidence in case of cruelty. Also you can file for maintenance. You can initiate by sending a legal notice.

If your husband is consenting for divorce then you can opt for mutual consent divorce. If divorce is not consenual then you can file a contested divorce petition. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal assistance as regards the same.

Hello there are certain grounds for divorce 1st you need to understand what grounds you are using for divorce It takes 2 to 3 years for the entire process if you want a consultation our office is located at the fort nearby Bombay highcourt , consultation charges are 5k

Well, if a Man is troubling you, you can lodge a Police Complaint against him in the concerned nearby Police Station, where the Offences/Crimes with you have been committed by him. If your Police Complaint will be having Cognizable Offences, then definitely, FIR will be registered.
