Making you live separate from your parents amounts to cruelty and the same has been led down by the Supreme Court. Yes, you can go for a divorce and the alimony is dependent upon the facts. However the same can be brought in your favour as per you your terms undoubtedly. Please feel free to reach out for further assistance by the team experts in matrimonial cases.

I have perused the contents of your query and would advise you to file an intallah peshbandi with the concerned authorities at the earliest possible followed by a divorce petition under section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act.. Better particulars are required.

In the present facts and circumstances, it is recommended that you file for a contested divorce at the earliest. A detailed description of the situation at hand is vital. Further and better particulars are needed for an effective opinion.
