24-Aug-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Hii
I have got married sep 2 2018 after my marriage within 3 months me and my mother in law quarrelled due to some misunderstandings due to that my mother in law pushed me out of the house at that time my husband is on business trip after this argument i came to my parents house and I called to my husband and explained what happened but he is not understanding me and supporting his mother. Now at present I am at my parents house since 9 months i tried in many ways to go near my husband but he says he doesn't wants me in his life. But i want my husband. This my problem pls give me solution that how can i file a case to get my husband back.
hello, if you want to get back with your husband you can go to the court for restitution of conjugal rights, by this you are asking the court to give an order to your husband ordering him that you both have to stay together.
you can hire a local Advocate in your city/town to file a petition in the district court.
(note: this is written in simple language for better understanding)

madam..
first, you try to deal with him from your parents and caste elders.
if you don't find resuls, send a legal notice to your husband to take you with him.
if not materialised, proceed through legally I. e. called as restitution of conjugal rights.
