I want to apply for divorce .Without mutual how long it will take ?

Dear Sir/Madam,
on 19th Dec-17 we both had registered by showing fake wedding card .And am living saperatly No physical relationship nothing.Now i realized that i made a big mistake and want divorce from him..He s not ready to give divorce ..Please suggest me what should i do now. Can i get divorce and how long it will take ??
in this case you have to file case for divorce against husband on the ground of cruelty and and you have to wait for 1 year as you cannot file for within one year marriage so after 1 year that is in December 2018 you canfile a petition for divorce and also claim permanent aliomny or maintenance, it will normally take one year tor less to get divorce if case is handled properly.

Yes you can try for divorce . Here you have registered the marriage. So you need to seek cancellation of registered marriage certificate. Don't say that it is fake invitation card. Use that invitation card as one of the document to the said petition.
