I want mutual divorce but my in laws not giving my jewellery to me. How will I claim my jewellery pla help m. I will forget my jewellery

it's your stree dhan and you can claim it anytime however during your proceeding of divorce by mutual consent also you can ask for it in your plaint and court can ask to give your belongings to the other party

You can file complaint in police station as there is specific provision in Indian Penal Code for misappropriation of trust and misappropriation of property. Stridhan that belongs to you will be definitely yours and you can file contesting Petition on the ground of cruelty.

there is a option to send legal notice to them and ask for mutual consent divorce . if they failed to act as per notice then we have to file divorce petition in the Court of law on your behalf . similarly if you want jewellery then we can approach to court by filing the petition as per the provision of domestic Violence Act to claim your jewellery
