hello clients as i can see your issue is really very serious in this matter maintinance you want for yourself and for your kids as well yes you can get it. but we nees to file a case in this matter . the court will award you the maintinance as well as yo your kids

You can always file a complaint against your husband and in-laws under section 125 CrPC and claim your monthly maintenance or the lump sum alimony. You can also file for Domestic Violence. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Hi. After going through your query we are of the opinion that you needs to file a maintenance petition under section125 of the Criminal Procedure Code for seeking maintenance from your husband. Further you can also file a complaint under the domestic Violence Act
