I Want DIVORCE From My Wife But She Has Applied For Section 9

What can I do for no maintenance or less maintenance if apply for maintenance,,,,,,,,,she has done BE and before marriage she was teaching in school, ,,,,,,,,,,,Now living with parent since last 2 years and section 9 saying about DV and दाहेज ,,,,,,,,Me job कर्ता hu and मेरे assets and prosperity है,and use भी पता है,,,,,,Maintenance kitna milega use,,,,,,,,,some mental disorder है use so ghar नहीं ला सकता use risk है,,, but mediation me judge bole की normal झगड़े है husband wife ke

Hello Client, First of all do appear and file an appropriate reply to the section 9 petition rebutting all the allegations and enunciating the facts basis which you her petition should not be allowed. Further I would advise you to file for divorce on the ground of desertion and cruelty.
