Hi kindly specify the type of divorce you want to file before the court , like contested divorce which means like cruelty, harassment and on other grounds we do apply the divorce . The 2nd type is like mutual divorce where both the parties agrees to file divorce on mutual terms and the process would take hardly a month

Taking contesting divorce is very difficult unless it is mutual divorce. Normally for contesting divorce fee may be between rupees forty to one lakh depending upon profile of the advocate. Plus one to three thousand on every court hearing date. If the other party plays then it will be stuck at the stage service notice to the party itself for a period of 12 months.
