I want divorce from my husband as he has ruined my life and blackmail

I want to give divorce to my husband as per Sharia Law. We have been married for 7.6 years. My husband is staying in Dubai as he works there. I came to India in December,2020 with my 5 years old son. He had promised that he will send money for me and my son’s monthly expenses that is for maintainence but he send only for 2 months and that too very less. My son was hospitalized but for my son’s medical expense also he did not send money and my father paid for medical for my son and he is the one who is taking care of me and my son. I gave him multiple times warnings to send money but he is denying it. So I need a divorce because when I was in Dubai he mentally tortured me and also did sexual harassment’s and used to beat me and tear my clothes for sex. He never respected me and used to abuse me all the time. I want to divorce him and wants maintenance for my son and myself too. Please help me out.
yes you can go ahead for divorce and also claim maintenance for yourself and your child and you can show all the meesage and medical bills of your child and you can claim all these expenses as well and that he if he doesnt come to india you will get an ex parte order in that regard
