I married 1 years back.... I don't have any COMENICATIon and unbelievable be with I want divorce is this possible...

hello client, as per your matter you can go for restitution of marriage which is a viable method and in the scenario if it doesn't work out you can go forward with the process of judicial separation or mutual divorce.

Hello sir, As per your matter, you can go for Restitution of marriage which is viable method. And if it still doesn't work out you can go foward with the method of mediation or judicial separation or divorce or mutual divorce.

Dear Sir, They must be minimum 2 years of separation before you claim divorce otherwise you can file divorce on the grounds of cruelty. Be inform that if you have no grounds then you have to approach Advocate for more suggestions to create some documents so that you can file Divorce and get it.
