I want divorce but wife is not ready

My life became hell due to her. I always thinking to end my life or run away. She always mentally torture me and my family. She is always saying I working for only for my mother and father. She used to fight me each day with no issue. When she is hyper used to beat children. She is not allowing me to love my children. Due to her behavior not able to concentrate in my work or daily life.

I advice you to file divorce case against your wife of mentioning the ground of cruelty the worst case will be she would ask you for the maintenance for that purpose you have to pay for one time maintenance and you can get it from your wife all of your life city of your children your children that case you cannot ask ask the court to give the custody of your children to you
