I want a mutual consent divorce without going to the court

My wife and I have been married since 2 years but never started living together, i have physical disability so i cant travel to the court what are the other ways to get divorced without coming there.

Well your lawyer can request court for online hearing. However, there is no guarantee that court will agree to dispose off with your personal presence. Most importantly your disability should be of such a nature that it renders impossible for you to attend court, that you will need to prove. Another way is by appointment of court commissioner again court will have to be satisfied about the reason.

hi you can approach the court through POA holder and as you have stated that you are staying separately since last 2 years no further. waiting period is needed you can directly along with your wife go for divorce through mutual consent

There is no provision in law for any other option to get divorce by mutual consent out of court. You both can do one thing, you can notarised memorandum of understanding and get separate on mutual terms and can later file petition with mutual consent.
