on the above mentioned query please clarify the grounds on which the court orders against you. please note down that firstly the court find that the term of desertion, then other causes for divorce. minimum 1 year desertion is compulsory for divorce. 1 year desertion means no physical contact. if there is no sufficient grounds in your application or plaint for divorce, or you have not proved your ground, the court can't order in your favour. you can go to the high court against the order with justified grounds.

“You have the right to challenge the Family Court’s order before the High Court under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act. An appeal needs to be filed within the limitation period (usually 30–90 days) from the date of the judgment. For this, certified copy of the order, grounds of appeal, and supporting documents will be required. I can assist you in drafting and filing the appeal in High Court, ensuring that your grounds for divorce are properly presented and argued in your favour.” I can guide you through the entire appeal process and represent you in High Court.”
