I want a divorce as my husband has put me into debts and now just cause I am working and socialize with my friends he has a problem. He is very abusive in nature and gets violent.
dear mam you can file a case for divorce under available grounds under the HM Act. further you can file police complaint against him and file the complaint in Mahila Thana and u/s 498A of IPC.

you can also claim all dues from him through court
