We’ll be easily able to help you with this. Nothing in this prenup should against the law of the land, including the codified marriage/divorce laws. The conditions that Go in this prenup are the ones agreed in between you and your wife

Hi, Prenuptial agreement consists of legally valid terms and conditions agreed upon by both the parties. Basic details of the parties, family backgrounds and basic information will be there. apart from that the conditions for marriage, responsibility shared and in the case marriage don't work, conditions for efforts to retain marriage or mutual decisions are included in the same.
