I need matter of divorce procedure

I got married on 24 /2/23 my husband side came they made hurry for marriage without giving time. My husband n mother in law talked rudely about my character.and my husband listens to his mother only .for taking dress also he ask money to his mother.dont i have right to ask questions about my husband income to my mother in law. He owns a factory but i have to beg for expenditure to my mother in law. And our marriage certificate also not made still.if now only like this means how he will keep happy in future. I need divorce means what should I do next step

The divorce process starts with a divorce petition. Whether or not both parties agree to the divorce, one spouse—the petitioner—must file a legal petition asking the court to terminate the marriage. The petition must include: A statement that at least one spouse meets the state's residency requirements for divorce. In general, states require at least one spouse to live in the state for three to 12 months and in the county where the petition is filed for a minimum of 10 days to six months. The court cannot accept the case until the spouses meet the state's residency requirements. A legal reason for divorce. These vary by state and whether you file an at-fault or a no-fault divorce. At-fault grounds include adultery, abandonment, impotence, infertility, criminal conviction, emotional or physical abuse, substance abuse, and mental illness. No-fault grounds include irreconcilable differences, incompatibility, and irretrievable breakdown.

okay I understand your questions so now you are looking for divorce right. so marriage registration is not mandatory under hindu marriage act so now your marriage is consumatiom Or not it is important so now you want to file the case under cruality ground you have a chance to file a divorce case so do you need any legal help contact me thank you

you need to wait for a period of one year before you can file for divorce. if he's not maintaining you, you can file a petition for seeking maintenance. His 1/3rd salary you are entitled to receive as maintenance

Madam, Divorce in India is sparingly given usually after a long legal tussle, even to admit a mutual consent divorce the marriage requires to be one year old, for filing a regular divorce couple must have lived separately for one year. I think you should involve your parents, brothers in resolving this issue first.
