I need divorce from my husband

My husband is having bipolar disorder and his family hide it from me before marriage and till now they don't accept my allegations, they still claiming that his son is innocent and my parents are not supporting me for divorce.

if you have any medical proof of disorder or any related documents you can get divorce on that grounds or else no issues you can file the case on that grounds and later prove it in the court or there are many other grounds you can opt as per your wish

You need to prove 2 things, that he is actually suffering from bipolar disorder and secondly that the said illness is such that you will not be able to lead normal family/ marital life with him. how long you are married thim.?

hi under stand your problem if you want divorce from your husband you have to file from any distict court your jurifiction so fist you have ti observed first your marriage date and you have any childeren and yiu want divorce only will file a divorce cruality and desertion ground

Dear Madam it seems it is only engagement. You can get issue a legal notice and break it. I think it is better to break it at this initial stage. He seems to be lier and never change his attitude Go ahead with your proposal to discontinue.

you can ask your husband to give mutual divorce. if he agrees then you can file joint petition for mutual divorce. There is 6 months cooling period but if you have genuine reason to waive off cooling period then the court may consider it.
