I NEED DIVORCE BUT I NEED MY CHILD ALSO OF A 1 YEAR

i need to divorce her for her behavior for me and my family but we have a girl child of one year , i need my child should be with me because she is unable to take care of her and her expenses ,she is a housewife with a lower class family what should i do.

You can file divorce Petition on the ground of cruelty. As you had mentioned you daughter is of one year. You can file application in same Petition for the same as interim relief. Also you can go under guardians act for the custody of child and have to prove in court that she is unable to maintain her.
