I have summoned for a False DV case against me and My parents. The first status was like thatBusiness : Steps taken.Next Purpose : Service Report and WSnNext Hearing Date : 05-04-2023nn On that day I have assigned an advocate on that matter, I am not sure he appeared on that court or not, and now I can see this below statusBusiness : Parties are absent with steps.Next Purpose : HearingnNext Hearing Date : 06-05-2023nnCan you please let me know what does that mean,? Does Ex-parte order will be done against me or any other reason?nI am very worried on this.
Parties absent could also mean that the advocate were present, but the parties were absent. Ideally if he was present, he should have filed vakalath on your behalf and that should have been recorded.
Have all of you received summons? Which is accepted and signed?
More often than not, the online status are not always accurate. I’d suggest you apply for a certified copy of the order sheet, which would record all the details. If no clarity is obtained from that, then you’ll have to get an update from your advocate only.

dear sir it is posted for steps you need not worry it seems your advocate and there advocate not appeared better get certified copies entire and Order sheet so that you can know day today passed by the court you may change the advocate you are not comfortable.

The present status means that you are advocate could not get anything on record on behalf of you but abs because you have not given your vakalat to him. there is a possibility of court placing you ex- parte and making an order. You better ensure that your advocate will appear in court on 6th May.
