I have filed Sec 13 in Nov 2021 from my hometown. My husband has never came to any dates since last 1.5yrs. nPublication has been done. After that he came once but did not appeared before court. Now In may itself he also Filed section 13 from his hometown. I received the orde today. Now hat can be done in this case. If I don't appear there what can happen? Also Is it necessary that I had to get that case transferred here to my hometown. I have a 4year old child who is being taken care by myself.

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that first you have filed the case for divorce and he didn't appear and now he has filed and if you have received the notice it would be better do file your written statement stating as per your order sheet that notice was issued but he didn't appeared and it should be in detail whatever grievances you have faced for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.
