I have a question regarding separation

Mere shadi ko 11 saal ho gaye n ek baby girl hai ...mera hubby se uske kbhi kbhi gusse mai hath uthana aur batmijiyo k wajh se mai ab uske sath ni rahna chahti..bt sepration pr wo mujhe ek rupya n beti kuch ni de ra ..to mai kuch bhi kaise pa sakti hu
यदि आप आपके पति के द्वारा आपके साथ की जा रही क्रूरता को संबंधित न्यायालय में सिद्ध कर सकें तो आप तलाक के लिए याचिका दायर कर सकतीं हैं।
आपके पति को आपके भरण-पोषण हेतु धनराशि (जो आप की मांग हो और जो न्यायालय को उचित लगे) देनी ही होगी । आपके पति के मना करने से कुछ नहीं होगा ।
रही बात बच्ची की तो उसके लिए आपको अपने पति के साथ आपसी सहमति बनानी होगी या फिर अलग से याचिका दायर करनी होगी ।

aap divorce file kar sakti hai saath hi apne liye and apne baby ke Maintenance ke liye court mai crpc125 ka case daal sakti hai , jisme beewi & bacche ke liye Maintenance allowance ka provision hai.
