I got married 3 Years back and from the day of my marriage, I am being harassed by my wife with various financial expectations like costly gifts and jewels every month and for financial help to her family. She says she can't trust me and claims all the money I am earning is her right and I must obey to all her demands. On the other hand, she demands money from me and not allowing me to spend anything for my parents and brother. She keeps blackmailing me saying if I don’t do as she expects, she will file a false complaint and she keep threatening me every time along with her family. She doesn’t allow me to work, sleep or even eat properly. Every day she fights and spoil my mental peace, if I say anything, she blackmails me saying she will put me and my parents in jail. Please advise, thanks.

you can go police station to lodge the fir against your wife and her parental relatives for mentaly harassment, threat and blackmailing ,also file the case in the of DV act in section 12 from your parents side,and also can move divorce petition on cruelty ground.
