I got interested in one man and we married on 2nd sep 2018

My husband left me on 31st July 2014. I exactly dont know weather he got married or not but after talking to him multiple times he is not willing to come back. I got interested in one man and we married on 2nd sep 2018 without knowing to either families. For him its 1st marriage. Now what can i do i want to make this marriage legal.

you have to file divorce before the court and get divorce and for for a legal married or otherwise it is illegal you need to file a divorce against your husband on disserion ground and get divorce against him and get married
