I got a lawyer notice by my hubby side

I m so depressed my merried life is total 7 year and I was facing many problem in my sasural they torcher me can’t by any cloths they hurt me and after my 6 year merece life they had planning to depress me and they are kick me out of my hubby’s home and since last 1 year I m with my parents and right now they send me lawer notice for harshment now what should I do plz plz plz guide me
Hire an Advocate and Send Reply of that notice through Advocate. Write each and every problem faced by you and narate how they expelled you from their house etc. After that wait for their reaction . Then you can file maintenance case domestic violence case etc. If you stiil want to live with your hubby you can write it in that notice .

As your husband gave you legal notice you need to reply for that, and as you describe that they were harassing you from seance long you need to file complaint for that. And if you want to take divorce than you need to file suit for same and you can demand separation money from your husband also.
