without completing one year of marriage, you can not file a petition for divorce. For divorce, certain grounds mentioned in the Hindu Marriage Act on which you may file a petition. However, if you are able to prove that the marriage happened after concealment of real facts as you described in your query then on this ground for declaration of marriage as void.
