If your husband is earning more than you and. any property which is purchased after marriage in his father's name , you will get a share in such property and you will get some money from his salary, if you able to show more liability on you than you get more share in salary.

The maintenance will depend upon the difference between the earnings of both the parties. The court will demand an income affidavit to decide the same. And if there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months.

first of all if you don't want to continue with him and it is from husband side that divorce case has also been filed. so you can opt for mutual divorce that's a better option. regarding your share in your husband and their parents property it depends on many factors.
