I Came To Know About my Wife That She Was Already Married Just Now I

I have the divorce degree, our marriage certificate, in which both her parets have signed i have a son, she is not staying with me for last 8 years neither is she giving back my son. I want to get my marriage null and void. Please suggest me. I want to get case registered in dwarka

Your question is not clear in ur question you are saying that you have divorce decree then in that case their is no need to file a case for null and void of the marriage.
