Me and my husband had fought so I want to go to my home and not let me go out from home saying if you want to go you have singing paper of divorce then we will let you go

No need to sign on any paper. If they are forcing you to sign then inform yo local police station. Also divorce dosen't took place by signing on paper. But if you will sign on blank document then that paper can be get misused in future.
