I am working and a mom of 3. I need help from my parents to take care of them. Since last few years

I am working and a mom of 3. I need help from my parents to take care of them. Since last few years I have been staying near my parents. My husband gets posted out frequently. Also he is abusive,aggressive in nature and kids don't like him. Now he is posted in a metro and is asking me to join. I want to leave 1 of my kid with my parent and join him with 2 kids. My husband wants me to bring all 3 kids and stay with him. If I don't he is going to take legal action against me and my parents.

Depending upon the age of that child and other situations and facts, your question can be answered. Furthermore you should have a proper consultation regarding this legal matter... The most important thing is that there is no such provision in law under which your husband may file a case against your parents but again it is important to mention that facts and circumstances are very important. yes as per a supreme court judgement if you dont join him then that will be considered as cruelty upon him, but if you chalk it out well, then it will be a cake walk for the rest of your life and your husband will be under tremendous pressure of the same.

First you tell how old your kids are,You tell the ages of your children and who you want the children to live with. Sure can,If that guy has proper evidence against you which falls under wrongdoing and criminal offense then he can definitely file a case against you.
