Dear Madam, You have to file multiple other cases in Bengaluru and insist for monthly Maintenance. You may seek divorce with huge alimony by filing divorce case in Bengaluru on the grounds of desertion and cruelty. Your case will run in Bengaluru city only.

okay I understand your question so you are now filed domestice voilance case right no it ins not maintainable because you deserted your husband 3 years back so domestice voilance not maintainable so you will file it 125 crpc maintenance case againest him it is maintainable as per law so you will file it it is better for you do you neecbanyblegsl help contact me thank you

You need to have some strong ground to get a divorce from your husband, you are perhaps also same goes wilk your domestic violence case. It is also important who has deserted whom and/ or who is reason for it.
