I am not getting notice from the court , its there in Ecourt portal

My husband has applied divorce case before two years.I came to know recently that he has filed,I got CNR number from his phone.I am finding in the Ecourt services app,that every two months notice is served.But I didnt get any notice from the court.Even I mailed reagarding this to court mail id,but I didnt get any reply..I am scared that he may get exparte divorce..kindly give suggestion that what should be done next..

hi madam, if you have case number or cnr number, i can check with the status of the case and let you know. until you recv the notice, the court will not place you expartee, but still you pls check, for any clarifications and information, pls let me know. thanks

Dear madam, Be informed that Court never replies your emails. your husband may project that your not receiving Court notice thus you may be placed exparte divorce decree may be passed against you. You may take proper advice in person and get copirs of petition file by your husband and prevent him from taking decree.

there are cases when one party has given some address other than where the spouse is living and managed to get a divorce decree. you should take the help of some professionals who are having access to internal records of the court to find out if your husband had filed yah divorce case against you.
