I am mentally disturbed with the behavior of my wife and want to divor

Meri shadi ko 10 feb 2024 me 4 years pure ho jayenge. Meri wife meri maa ko bahut torture karti hai, gali deti hai or ab to maarne ko bhagti hai. Sab kosis bekar ho gayi. Ab to mere sath misbehave karne lagi hai or mujhe suicide karke jail bhejne ki dhamki deti hai. Main usse alag hona chahta. Kya mujhe divorce mil sakti hai? Kya wo mujhper dhej ka case kar sakti hai?
