I am married since 12 years from last one year there has been dispute with wife on several issues.My wife took my daughter and all her baggage and went to her mom's home 2 months back.I transfer the money for expenses in her account but now she is not returning and demanding money for expenses..I am saying to return home.Can she claim maintenance from me..She has property of. Good amount on her name.. regards

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that first you have to decide what you really want as you are married and have a daughter as per your query if you really want to be with your family then to show your bona fide do transfer minimum expenses as maintenance can be claimed at any point for future paid consultation please contact us your relevant documents
