I am married man and divorce case is filled by my wife is pending in the court but now I love an other married women and we want to live together.Please guide me how it can possible.Both of us Hindu

Bigamy is not permitted under law. Only after divorce from court you proceed with living with the other lady . You engage an advocate to look after the court case . You have not stated whether you have any child .

Your partner will also have to initiate a divorce case and get a divorce decree from the court before you enter into any legitimate relationship. If both of you are already separated from your respective spouses then you can stay together but the same cannot be accepted from the society. It is therefore advisable that you opt for a mutual divorce decree from your respective spouses and then stay together .

At first you have to take divorce from your wife.. without taking divorce, you cannot marry another woman as per Hindu law.. The court will pass a decree for divorce and by that decree your marriage will be dissolved with your first wife.. then you may marry another woman and live together..
