I would like to know the procedure for converting Eksonia land to Patta land in North Guwahati, Assam. What are the mandatory documents required, the procedures involved, the time frame for completion, and the associated costs?
Advocate Naba Kumar Das answered
At first you have to apply before your concerned Circle Office with an application to that effect alongwith the necessary documents such as land revenue receipts, affidavit etc. Thereafter the Concerned Lat Mandal of your area will make an report and the same will be forwarded to the concerned office of the Deputy Commissioner, where it will be approved. Once the proposal will be approved, an order shall be passed in the Circle Office and your land shall be converted to Periodic Patta land. Thanks.
Q: How to get judgement copy from court for old case ?
How to get a judgement copy of guwahati family court in year 2007, how to get court judgement copy online ?
Advocate Naba Kumar Das answered
hi.. the case is 11 years old. anyways, nothing to worry.. you may still obtain the certified copy of the final order and judgment of the case. for this you should have with you the number and year of Registration of the case. you have to apply to the office of the concerned Court in which the case was disposed off by filling a Civil Copy Application form. In the form, you have to mention the Case Number and the year of Registration of the case. You may do so by yourself or by engaging a lawyer of your Town/Locality. The Office of the Concerned Court will provide you the Certified Copy of the final Order and the Judgment. Thanks.
