I am married from last 2y. From the starting of my marriage I didn't lived with my husband much because of his action that when ever we had fight he stopped talking to me for more then 1week sometimes it was more then 1week . He never took my side I got some mental pressure from his family side to because of family politics. So we always had fight because the way of his bhiavour towards me. 2times I got a message from my friends of gm jaan, I told him that they both were not my bf they are just my friends even I was ready for filling fir against them just prove myself that I am not wrong but that time my husband and in laws got normal with that but after some months when I got a job to do. They again started blaming with that gm jaan message that I am having affair with them. And now again my husband is not replying to my calls and message he had blocked me from every where. Please tell me what should I do?
U file a domestic violence case against ur husband and in laws and also an FIR under section 498A that is cruelty by husband and in laws against u ,as ur husband is not responding to ur calls and neither he is taking u to his home . U also file application under section 9 for a decree of restitution of conjugal rights.
