I am married for past three years and have one year old daughter.I live with my parents.My wife alwa

I am married for past three years and have one year old daughter.I live with my parents.My wife always expresses her command that i should have nothing to do with my patents or my sisters (married).She wants me to take care of her patents who live in another city.Her father is a serving government employee.I want that she should either live with me and my parents or we take divorce.She doesn't agree to any option and is living at her parents house for one month.She went on her own with a cousin and refusing to come back

if your wife refusing to come back the you have two options 1. If you want to come back of your wife then you have to file pètition of section 9 of hindu merriage act for come back for your wife 2. you have to file Divorce case against your wife

Sir, you may approach the family court under Section 9 of Hindu marriage act for restitution of conjugal rights. By this application the court may order your wife to return to her marital home and perform her duties of a wife. however if she refuse to come back within one year of the order of the court, this will become a ground for seeking divorce. this is a general advice based on the question posted by you. regards
