i am living separately since 2 years 3 months. what should is do now


16-Apr-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I am living separately with my from my husband since 2 years and 3 months now.... i hv registered a complaint against him & my in laws at CAW CELL delhi.... we hv been given many dates, FIR done in Nov 2022. but no action taken. What should i do now?

Is the chargesheet work done in the FIR…??? And you must file a DV case against your husband and in-laws and claim your monthly maintenance and lump sum alimony. Or a petition under section 125 CrPC can also give you a monthly maintenance. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

You should immediately consult a lawyer and explore other legal options available to you. You should file an application before the Court seeking ATR in the FIR. Further should file DV complaint and a separate maintenance petition.

hello clients as i can see your issue is really very much frustrating in this matter as you have mentioned here the issue in this case the option is only court through which we can asoect proper action as the court of law and justice

If Fir has been lodge than you need to wait for police to file chargesheet …in case police have filed chargesheet than I need to wait for summons ….if nothing is moving then u can file an application to the concerned court asking for status …thanks n b in touch

u should file for judicial sepration or divorce on mutual grounds ..to avoid delay in ur case otherwise it will create more hassle and it could lead too more details which are left apart ..more u delay it will cause more discrepancy in the case
