I am afraid about the uncertain future of my child

As I am going for 2 child my husband has thrown me out of home and thrashed a legal notice saying I have left. Besides, he has brain washed my 10 years old son to not to speak. My child cries when it see me. I am due for delivery and I am not interested for divorce. I am scared after delivery, if I go to their house, they will abuse me and not allow me to enter into their house. What is the step I should take next
If your husband as given notice reply. Son being minor can be taken to custody. Try to file case for Conjugal rights. If they don't allow u file domestic violence case.
