I am a father want to know Child Custody after divorce child stays wit

Need a divorce from wife we stay separate.Child stays with me since 4:years.Want to know chances of child custody after devorce
you can apply for divorce on the ground of desertion if the child is girl child mother is natural guardian of the child however if wife don't want custody of child and you are having custody you are having good ground for custody of child if their is some mutual understanding among you both you can both decide who shall keep the custody of child

First of all try to come together for the sake of child. If not possible then move the Petition in the court for want of divorce by mutual consent and get write down that custody will be with you. If she doesn't gets agree then move for divorce on the ground of cruelty and application under guardianship act.
