I already logged a complaint againt inlaws and husband in Nri wing but fIR not registered yet. Today i know through my IO that my inlaws registered a divorce case in court againt me... I haven't received summons yet.what should i do..?
At this stage the most importan thing is to make your mind either want you want to reside with your husband or you want to divorce him, thereafter you may contact Any Advocate of your choice to check which case he has filed and what are pleading in it and if the police is not registering FIR the remedy lies is Complaint before Magistrate. Hello,
take the detail of the divorce petition and see what allegations he has labelled against you. normally filing out divorce petition goes against the husband as it shows they all are conspiring against you and don't want relations with you. Rest depends upon the case to case and the allegations brought against you in the divorce petition.
