Husband wants to file for divorce but wife not ready 498 case pending

Hi, I filed a divorce( as per Hindu law) file last year May(on grounds of cruelty/misbehaviour towards my parents and me and false accusations) and its still pending in court as they have put 498 case, and others. I am jobless now but she works. Can I get a divorce from court if she is not willing from her side?
Yes you can get an ex parte divorce decree showing just cause to prove your point and moreso as she is working do you have strict evidence for the same then maintenance can also be denied to a well qualified wife.

Yes u will get divorce but it will be contested if court found that the allegation which u submit against her are true may be she is not willing to give u will get exparte divorce totally contested divorce it will be
