Husband wants divorce and not providing maintenance for survival

My father wants a divorce from my mother but she doesn't want to divorce him. He is a rail employee n he is not giving maintenance for survival to my mother, she is a paralysis patient. How would she take care of herself? Please help us, what should we do?

Please take the intervention of the Court to secure your mother's maintenance. It is the legal obligation for the husband to maintain his family. If the husband is avoiding willfully the Court can give necessary order to secure the maintenance.
Apart, for obtaining divorce there needs several grounds, please ask your father on what ground he is will to depart your mother! The allegations have to be proved to obtain divorce from Court. Else he need to approach your mother in a submissive way to obtain mutual divorce!!
