Husband turned against his Divorce case

26-Jul-2024 (In Divorce Law)
Hello Sir/Ma'am I file for a domestic violence case against my husband in April. As soon as my husband received the DV notice, he went and filed for a divorce case. We just had 4 hearings of DV case but he did not turn up in the court. His first divorce hearing was rescheduled as judge was not available. The problem now is, my husband wants me to take back the divorce case and wants to come back and stay. I cannot take the risk as I fear for my life.

with reference to your query you can ask your husband to withdraw the divorce petition and file consultants that he is ready and willing to take you back at home and you both will be residing together as husband and wife. simultaneously you also need to be draw the domestic violence complaint against your husband. if you have any fear in your mind for your life you can give your consent for divorce and be separated. not that you can also claim maintenance from your husband. regards

Well, if you cannot trust your Husband because of his Criminal Mindset and his tendency of posing risk to your life, then, you not need to come under the pressure of your Husband to withdraw the case on your own.
