Husband trying to annul the marriage - Will i get alimony?

I got married with my boyfriend few years ago, at a temple . I got separated from him last year - but did not get divorce. My parents know about my marriage and wanted to remarry me with another guy via matrimony. I married another person and we were living happily but unfortunately the person i married learnt that i was already married ( he saw my previous wedding pictures ) But, he accepted our mistake and forgiven and we continued living together as husband and wife. Last month due to family issues he wanted to get divorce (Null and void) My Questions: What can i do to live with him together ? I want to tell the court he used me after knowing the fact that i was married, Can i file any case ? Will i get alimony from my current husband ? ( We were only married for 2 years )

1. You have to convince him. Reason: Without getting divorce from the 1st husband you got remarried which is against law. 2. You cannot file a case due to the above reason. 3. You will not get alimony from current husband whereas if you have children they can get

you can file divorce at the place where are you resides and you can also file divorce petition in the place where your marriage to place and you can also file divorce petition at the place where your husband resides in case of null and void you can go on the grounds of null and void searches on consumption of marriage impotent or any other grounds available for null and void you can contact us regarding to have a detailed Enquiry on this matter through our phone
