Husband send divorce and puts 3 condition, only then he withdraws case

13-Apr-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I'm married for a year and 4 months and I have a 7 month girl baby. A month before, we had a fight because he did not allow me to see my parents and I had to come to my parents house as my husband and inlaws were rude to me. He sent notice within a week. I don't want divorce and recently his lawyer conveyed 3 conditions my husband puts to go live with him. He's asking me to resign my job, not to see my parents, not to use mobile. He's too hyper and I'm confused to accept the conditions or to proceed legally. But I don't want to say OK to those rules. I want to live with him and make him realise the mistakes he's doing. Please advice me how to proceed because I have a baby girl and don't want to let her down in any situation.

If your husband had sent a legal notice, you can very well reply to him politely stating how you both lived happily together and the conditions imposed by you husband is not fair. Please note only if you reply politely, you will have a good case in hand if your husband go to court.
